Nurturing tomorrow's leaders.
We are at the forefront of quality secondary education in Uganda. Every student deserves an environment where they can discover their unique potential.
An education that only prepares you for exams is not an education at all.
Founded on a simple belief.
What began in 1998 as a small day school has grown into one of Uganda's most respected secondary institutions — but the founding idea remains unchanged.
We believed then, as we believe now, that secondary education must do more than deliver exam results. It must shape young people of integrity, curiosity, and service.
Our alumni are doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, and public servants. They carry what they learned here into their work — and, just as importantly, into the way they treat people.
Three ideas that shape everything.
Our Mission
To provide holistic education that nurtures academic excellence, personal character, and a lifelong commitment to leadership and service.
Our Vision
To be a school of first choice in Uganda — known for the quality of its teaching, the character of its graduates, and the warmth of its community.
Our Values
Excellence in all things. Integrity even when it costs. Innovation as a habit. And service to community as the natural endpoint of a good education.
Milestones that shaped us.
From a single classroom to a thriving school — a few of the moments that defined who we are.
Founded
A small day school opens with a handful of students and a radical idea: character matters as much as grades.
First UNEB Cohort
Our first S.4 candidates sit UCE, achieving results that establish the school's academic reputation.
Boarding Introduced
Full boarding opens with five houses, houseparents, and a residential program built around study and community.
National Recognition
Our students win national debate and mathematics championships, putting the school on the national stage.
A Thriving Community
Over a thousand students, hundreds of teachers, and thousands of alumni worldwide carrying the school's values into their work.
The school in numbers.
Educating Uganda's young people since 1998.
From S.1 through S.6, day and boarding, in small classes.
One of the lowest ratios in the country, with subject specialists at every level.
Our S.4 and S.6 candidates consistently achieve Division 1 or 2.
The people who guide our school.

“Our job is not to fill a classroom with information. It is to shape the people who will leave it. Exams are a measurement — the education is what lasts.”
Four principles that guide every day.
These are not slogans on a wall. They are the working beliefs that shape how we teach, how we treat students, and how we make decisions.
Rigour with warmth
We ask a lot of our students — and we support them deeply. High standards without coldness; discipline without harshness.
Small classes, deep teaching
Twelve students per teacher on average. Teachers know their students by name, by strengths, and by struggles.
Mentorship over management
Every student is paired with a faculty guide who stays with them across their years at the school.
The whole person
Sports, arts, service, and leadership sit alongside academics — not as extras, but as essential parts of the formation.
A place built for learning.
